Refund Policy
GoBundleGo.com offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods. As such, refunds will not be offered once an order is made and the product is downloaded.
Refunds will be honored in the following circumstances:
· NON-DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT: Email providers and/or email servers may have issues that result in our buyers not receiving a delivery email from us. Should this happen, we request that the buyer reach out to us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted, in writing, to our Billing Department within 14 days of the original purchase date. If a written claim is not received within 14 days, we will consider the product to be received and downloaded
· DOWNLOADING AND UNZIPPING ISSUES: Problems may occur with regards to downloading and/or unzipping of products. Should this happen, we request that the buyer reach out to us for assistance. Claims for this issue must be submitted, in writing, to our Technical Support Department within 14 days of the original purchase date. If a written claim is not received within 14 days, it will result in a refund denial.
· MAJOR DEFECTS: Despite thoroughly testing our products prior to their release, we know that unexpected errors can still occur. We will address this issue so long as we are notified of it, in writing, within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once we are notified, we will work diligently to rectify the problem within 72 hours. Please be advised that our technicians may request temporary access to your server to correct the issue. Failure to provide access in a timely manner may result in a delay of the resolution. Refusal to provide access to the server will disqualify the buyer from a refund. If we are granted access, but are unable to fix said issue within the 72 hour period, a full refund will be issued to the buyer at that time. Alternatively, the buyer may also request a new product of equal or lesser value in lieu of a refund.
· PRODUCT NOT-AS-DESCRIBED: Should this issue arise, we request that the buyer report this issue to our Technical Support Department within 14 days of the original purchase date. Clear evidence showing that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website is required. Buyer’s remorse, false expectations, or misunderstandings about purchased products are not grounds for a product refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility, and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests if our products are incompatible with some third-party software. Examples of such software include, but are not limited to: plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, and extensions. Buyer is expected to do their due diligence to ensure that such software is compatible with their product via the preview available on the product’s description page. We cannot guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs, and do not provide support for third-party applications.
GoBundleGo.com does not make any promises or guarantees of any results that may be obtained from any product purchased from our inventory. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do their due diligence, and to independently address and determine the value that a purchased product may hold for them.
